"Eleni" Sophia Sarantakos is the 1st Certified Skinologist in Canada, a CIDESCO Diplome Certified and Licensed Aesthetician, with 20 years of experience in the skincare, spa and holistic industry.
Eleni recognized the need and the importance of healthy and safe skincare quite a number of years ago when she was working at one of the most prestigious spas in Toronto. Working with brand recognition skincare lines, the skin was often reacting negatively in treatment. Eleni began researching ingredients in skincare because the negative reaction was so frequent, and what she discovered is shocking! The amount of questionable ingredients used by leading cosmetic houses in skincare, is in actual fact damaging and aging skin, not to mention the risks involved with healthy issues, such as breast cancer, hormonal disorders, sunscreen filters in mothers breast milk and more.
With a clear understanding of returning back to the basics of skin, Eleni immediately understood the need for healthy skincare, and took a leading stand in the spa industry by discovering and exclusively using Dr. Baumann Skincare products from Germany. Eleni became the 1st aesthetician in the Canadian spa industry, providing the safest and healthiest treatments for her clients.

Eleni lives in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada with her 2 beautiful "eternal twin souls" daughters and Sammy, the most beautiful little soul puppy in the world.

Skin So Real is a division of Eleni & Associates, and was founded in 2007, based on the criteria of Bionome quality standards, the "science of the laws of life." FREE of parabens and harmful chemical preservatives, perfume, fragrances, mineral oils, FREE of substances of animal origin, and wastful packaging.
Our goal is to provide society with education of bionome beauty therapy, wellness products and treatments. Our focus is on the benefits for you and your skin, you and your health, you and your well-being, that of your family well-being, and not adapting to changing cosmetic fashion trends which have questionable value for your skin.
